vacation ownership and resort properties as well as the InnSeason Concierge Club.
Northeast Getaways (dba KWC Marketing LLC) contacts potential customers and invites
them to attend a presentation on vacation ownership and travel opportunities. The
customer is under no obligation to lease or purchase anything during the presentation.
The customer receives a variety of gifts (ie. Restaurant gift certificates, department
store gift certificates, gas cards or travel certificates) for taking the time to
attend the promotion.
Northeast Getaways prides itself on the systems it has developed and implemented
that guarantees quality customer service for their travel clients and to the customers
who attend the presentations. Our experience has shown that an informed customer
is a better, happier customer. Each customer speaks with three different company
employees, as well as receiving a detailed letter, fax or email detailing their
presentation and the gifts they will receive.
